I really liked the manager in the agency. The service was good enough and efficient. There were flight delays in both directions. We had Azur Air, but I really liked the plane itself, it is very large. We were offered excursions on vacation, but we refused, we did not need them. And we really didn’t like the guide from the Anex tour, his behavior was terrible. →

Of course, we had a bit of a flight delay when we took off from Kharkov, for 10 minutes, but this is not critical. The carrier company, Windrose, is very good. They give drinks during the flight, and even apples for children, so as not to get sick. →
