The travel agency is great. I contacted the agency to buy a tour: "Elegant weekend: Budapest + Vienna". Minor problems have arisen. There were problems with the transfer, it did not stop at the request of people, it was in a hurry somewhere, there were problems with the toilet. I liked the tour itself, no questions. There were no special moments, everything corresponded to the price-quality. →

I came to the travel agency and asked to pick up a tour to fly out earlier and return later. But everything turned out to be the opposite. I paid extra money to fly later. The contract stated that the maximum could change the departure time by 10 hours, but it turned out that the plane was supposed to be at 12:40 at night, and we flew there at 14:30 in the afternoon, back the same story, we had to fly at 5 in the evening and departed at 5 am. →
