I bought the tour not for myself, but for my parents, but they were happy with everything. What were the issues, they were quickly resolved. Unless the flight was debugged when they returned, but this no longer depends on the travel agency. There was no service at all in the agency, I called them. I asked what kind of hotel it was, they answered me that the hotel was normal, in principle, although the manager herself was not there, I transferred money to them on the card. I arrived in the evening, took the documents, I just stood at the door in line, I didn’t communicate with the manager, they didn’t tell me anything, didn’t ask anything, they handed over the documents and that’s it. →

Tez Tour is a good agency with qualified staff. There were no transfers, everything is fine. The transfer was wonderful. I love these tours, they are reliable. Offered a lot of excursions, took advantage. →
