I contacted the agency to buy a tour: "Elegant weekend: Budapest + Vienna". Minor problems have arisen. There were problems with the transfer, it did not stop at the request of people, it was in a hurry somewhere, there were problems with the toilet. I liked the tour itself, no questions. There were no special moments, everything corresponded to the price-quality. →

The contract stated that the maximum could change the departure time by 10 hours, but it turned out that the plane was supposed to be at 12:40 at night, and we flew there at 14:30 in the afternoon, back the same story, we had to fly at 5 in the evening and departed at 5 am. →

Why write a bunch of optional excursions on the site in the tour program. Are you showing your vision? It is still clear that only one will take place !!! You would have immediately crossed them out of the description of the tour and did not mislead people! The most important thing is that you are well aware of this!
