When leaving the hotel, a surprise awaited us: we were not on the transfer lists. The hotel guide Tui Tofik clarified this issue until 21:00 and then said that the tour operator had not paid for the return transfer and we had to get to the airport ourselves !!!! This was said to my face, and when I showed the voucher where the transfer was entered and asked why, upon check-in, I was not notified that the transfer was only one way, he did not answer me. →

The hotel guides are very polite, smiling, but in fact they do not solve any problems, they are only interested in selling excursions. The road from the hotel to the airport was hell - at a temperature in the shade of +38, the air conditioner in the bus did not work! →
