The situation happened in 2020, I was returning by bus from the Iron Port. The transfer was organized by a travel agency rest for all 100. When landing, my chair was completely broken !!!!! 1. They postponed the flight and did not warn. We had a flight from the 18th to the 19th at 00.05, our whole day. But on the 10th, the flight was rescheduled for 17.05, they didn’t tell us, I saw this time already on the 16th when I received the documents.
