Rested with my family for the New Year in Zakopane (bus tour). The transportation meeting to the residence went well. The settlement took place in two villas (boarding house), if you can call it that. Half of the group was settled in normal conditions, the other half in terrible conditions. The rooms are all designed for 5 people. Towels, sheets are terrible, toilet paper is terrible (our Obukhov is 10 times better), there is no TV in the room, and there is no ordinary towel hook, not to mention soap, shampoo and so on. →

They always help well with the choice of a tour - even at the peak of the season they find pleasant options, and in conflict situations with problematic Ukrainian operators, for their part, they help as much as possible, and there are no problems with the form of payment. Only now I hardly found a company on this site, and they are not marked in Google maps. →

Well, as usual. Tours are not collected. Excursions for show - for 21 euros they carry 1 km and spend a 30-minute excursion in the museum, to which you still buy tickets yourself. The bus is not cleaned, with dirty windows, it leaks, the walls are wet "from condensate", the stove in one part of the bus fries, in the other it is not felt at all, the microphone does not work during excursions. →

We flew from the travel agency Join UP for the first time. At the beginning of the trip everything was great, but at the end of the holiday we were very disappointed. Six of us flew from Kharkov, back we were told that 2 people were flying to Kharkov, and 4 to Kyiv. Although the big car was at the Kharkov airport, no one cared about it.
