The tourism center is a set of "specialists" for "announcement", headed by Atakulova Tatyana, unskilled and not interested in a successful holiday for people. I do not advise anyone to fall into this nightmare. . . What are we paying money for? - for organizing recreation and solving problems that arise in the course of action. They took the money, but solve the problems yourself, we already have the money, and nothing else worries us.

I have used this operator several times in the past. I went to Europe with them for the first time back in 2011. In the fall of 2017, I went with them to Switzerland-Germany. And now in order: The bus was an old Man (also on europlates))) with terribly uncomfortable seats, without a toilet, sockets and even elementary hooks for clothes! Drivers are a separate topic for discussion, there were 2 drivers, both Hungarians and they didn’t know a single word in any language other than their own, one was called Shander the second Either Yurik or Durik, no one understood)) Shander was an old grandfather who he always grumbled something in his own way and was constantly dissatisfied with everything, the guide Natasha could not explain anything to them and drew pictures on a piece of paper, Tashkent was constantly 25.

We went with Anga Travel to Bukovel ... the tour operator could not buy tickets in the compartment, and we were the whole group at 17h. we went in a reserved seat, but that's not all - they gave us tickets for the way back (already on the way to the railway) and there we are scattered throughout the train, some in the 2nd car, some at 10, 15, 17, 20 did not even bother to place families in one car .

Hoping for experience and professionalism, Anga Travel was entrusted with organizing a New Year's corporate party in Bukovel. As a result, the trip, which the whole team had been looking forward to for several months, was ruined. Many conditions did not correspond to the declared ones, the group was accompanied by an incompetent guide, the ski equipment of the imposed “partner” rental turned out to be unsuitable for operation, which endangered the health of one of the company’s employees.

We paid for a tour for 7 nights and as a result received 6 nights (the flight was delayed by a total of 13.5 hours). When we were flying back, we were also delayed, we were picked up from the hotel three hours later (without warning!!! The handset was dropped when trying to call the representatives of Joint Up, they did not give information at the reception and at the information stand that the flight was delayed and we would be picked up from the hotel at three hours later).
