They always help well with the choice of a tour - even at the peak of the season they find pleasant options, and in conflict situations with problematic Ukrainian operators, for their part, they help as much as possible, and there are no problems with the form of payment. Only now I hardly found a company on this site, and they are not marked in Google maps. →

Well, as usual. Tours are not collected. Excursions for show - for 21 euros they carry 1 km and spend a 30-minute excursion in the museum, to which you still buy tickets yourself. The bus is not cleaned, with dirty windows, it leaks, the walls are wet "from condensate", the stove in one part of the bus fries, in the other it is not felt at all, the microphone does not work during excursions. →

We flew from the travel agency Join UP for the first time. At the beginning of the trip everything was great, but at the end of the holiday we were very disappointed. Six of us flew from Kharkov, back we were told that 2 people were flying to Kharkov, and 4 to Kyiv. Although the big car was at the Kharkov airport, no one cared about it. In addition to everything, our flight was delayed for 14 hours, we had to sit at the reception with our suitcases at the hotel. →

We left on 12/30/2018 with flight 619. If we start from the very beginning, we ordered a completely different tour (a tour of Europe). Our tour was not booked and we were told a week before the new year that we were not going there. They offered to go skiing with a lot of excursions in return. As a result, as soon as we got on the bus, we were told that we were settled in another hotel in another city (100 km further). →

Attention to customers deserves special praise. The airline postponed the flight at the last moment, I was one of the few who was informed in a timely manner and followed the flight until the very arrival in Sharm, and was late by 16 hours. Do not fly with Azur. →

Tour "Theater of Impressions", the organization of the tour itself is just awful !! I arrived home on February 2, 2019, and it is still difficult to "get away" from my experience. New Year's transfer to Milan is just useless. Not only that, the manager left 4 tourists in Milan at night, including me. The delay was insignificant (11 minutes) despite the fact that we called the manager, but did not receive any answer !!! no measures have been taken regarding our return (how is it ??? don't even call ???) you don't care about your customers ??? In addition, the wrong hotel was indicated in our electronic info list, so we had to look for a hotel on the map, which is 20 km away. →

Thanks to the staff of the travel agency for a great vacation. They took into account all our wishes when choosing a hotel: first line, excellent food, animation. We recommended this hotel based on our own experience. They warned about the change in departure time, ordered a minibus to Kyiv and even filled out migration cards.
