Tour "Theater of Impressions", the organization of the tour itself is just awful !! I arrived home on February 2, 2019, and it is still difficult to "get away" from my experience. New Year's transfer to Milan is just useless. Not only that, the manager left 4 tourists in Milan at night, including me. The delay was insignificant (11 minutes) despite the fact that we called the manager, but did not receive any answer !!! no measures have been taken regarding our return (how is it ??? don't even call ???) you don't care about your customers ??? In addition, the wrong hotel was indicated in our electronic info list, so we had to look for a hotel on the map, which is 20 km away. →

They were informed about the changes and even their representative in Egypt met at the airport, helped fill out the visa application form, and drove to the hotel + the same way when they returned back. The impression was not bad, in general, adequate value for money, and everything was fine until the head of the group Irina Serbenyuk forgot to pick us up from the place she indicated. We arrived in advance, she changed the meeting place at the last minute. On their own in a foreign city they reached a changed point, waited 2 hours. →
