The quality of service at the agency was so-so .. The approach was not very good, the girl at the agency didn’t tell anything special .. It’s good that we had already flown to the Tropics and I myself asked the questions I needed. If I hadn’t asked them myself, no one was going to tell me anything, and the information was important, you had to know in advance that it gets dark early there, that there is nowhere to go, that living creatures are present, meaning mosquitoes, ants ; no one warned that you need to take some funds with you. →

Many thanks to Antonov Tour for organizing my vacation. The manager picked up a great hotel in the UAE for a very good price. Incredible hotel with a chic area and a huge water park. Hotel with good food, the Swedish line is diverse, for breakfast there were 20 types of cheese, lots of seafood, great animation, a very lively hotel. The first line, a gentle convenient sunset to the sea. →

Logistics ok. In agency received information that hotel was renovated a year ago, but actually it just have changed name. Booked triple room, but after departure in hotel guide checked us in the double room with extra bed and told us that hotel doesn't have triples. After communicanions with agency where we took a tour next day we where moved to triple room, which was magically founded in the hotel. →
