We paid for a tour for 7 nights and as a result received 6 nights (the flight was delayed by a total of 13.5 hours). When we were flying back, we were also delayed, we were picked up from the hotel three hours later (without warning!!! The handset was dropped when trying to call the representatives of Joint Up, they did not give information at the reception and at the information stand that the flight was delayed and we would be picked up from the hotel at three hours later). →

Booked a tour - Honeymoon: Provence, Liguria and Cote d'Azur. The departure date was constantly postponed due to the fact that there was no group to leave. As a result, no one went anywhere through the fault of the tour company. Since the group did not get together three times. Spent time, money for tickets to Lviv and nerves. The money for the tour was not returned immediately, after half a year and not the entire amount. →

The quality of service at the agency was so-so .. The approach was not very good, the girl at the agency didn’t tell anything special .. It’s good that we had already flown to the Tropics and I myself asked the questions I needed. If I hadn’t asked them myself, no one was going to tell me anything, and the information was important, you had to know in advance that it gets dark early there, that there is nowhere to go, that living creatures are present, meaning mosquitoes, ants ; no one warned that you need to take some funds with you. →

Many thanks to Antonov Tour for organizing my vacation. The manager picked up a great hotel in the UAE for a very good price. Incredible hotel with a chic area and a huge water park. Hotel with good food, the Swedish line is diverse, for breakfast there were 20 types of cheese, lots of seafood, great animation, a very lively hotel. The first line, a gentle convenient sunset to the sea. →

The ticket was bought at the agency "Let's go with us" on the Minsk massif. The agency was fine. Everything was fine with the transfer, there was not a significant flight delay for a couple of hours. →

We contacted the agency "Boomerang - Tour" in Odessa, I don't remember the exact address, it is located in the center. The service was good, the seats on the flight were booked for us, I can’t say anything negative. Everything was fine with the transfer, there were no transfers, we are happy with everything. →

Logistics ok. In agency received information that hotel was renovated a year ago, but actually it just have changed name. Booked triple room, but after departure in hotel guide checked us in the double room with extra bed and told us that hotel doesn't have triples. After communicanions with agency where we took a tour next day we where moved to triple room, which was magically founded in the hotel. →
