The second time we bought a tour in August for archaeological excavations in the ancient city of Gelon. →

We chose this tour because there were no free tours everywhere. We went from Zhytomyr to the Iron Port for a weekend tour. Promised to the sea up to 10 minutes on foot, it turned out all 25 minutes to stomp. Living conditions are not at all Superior, but simply Economy with amenities. The drivers that brought us drunk all night at the same base, the next day they drove us. →

This is the third trip with Accord, the first one (back in 2013 left only positive memories), last year we decided to repeat it - the tour was a failure, but with the hope that this time it will still be the same as before - we contacted Accord again ... this time for the last time... We bought a tour to Sharm El Sheikh from 12.08-19.08 for 7 nights and 8 days. As soon as they paid for the tour, the next day they began to change the departure time. The money was paid, but we stayed 6 nights and 7 days, day and night were stolen. after payment, they report what they should have reported in advance. They flew back on a different flight, supposedly their flight has changed . →

Flew with Join Up twice. Therefore, the third time they chose them and made a mistake. We took a tour from Kharkov since there were no more places from Zaporozhye, the flight from Kharkov was moved to Kyiv, as a result, 3 hours to Kharkov in the car and 7 hours on the bus to Kyiv, in Kyiv we were around 18:00, and the departure was 00: 15 (the flight from Kyiv was repeatedly delayed and postponed and was not warned about anything), the representative of the tour operator did not wait. →

The most terrible service, I rode around Ukraine and Europe, but I never met such an organization. Elena (representative of the tour operator) urgently forced to transfer money to her card for the road, "their" people paid the driver. But that's not the point. 2 seats were ordered and paid for (we asked in front and nearby), but in the minibus we saw 1 seat in front and 1 in the back (the rest are occupied), we heard answers to the question of where to sit together: from the travel agency "this is a minibus", from the driver "by who called me PERSONALLY and asked, I took the place" WHAT IS THIS ??? then, to my indignation that they asked for a seat nearby, the driver of minibus 4555 generally answered "be glad that you are not standing . →
