Bought a tour to Turkey in Anex Tour to the hotel they advised us Avalon Beach Hotel (Side). When we arrived at the hotel (about 17.00) the guide went with us to settle. After filling out all the questionnaires and the necessary documents, the guide left us and said "now you will be accommodated in good rooms!". However, a few minutes later we came from the reception and we were told that there are no free rooms in the hotel now! The guide who seemed to settle us did not deprive us of any contacts! They started looking for contacts of the Annex in Turkey on the Internet. →

I have long dreamed of visiting Budapest, visiting Vienna and Krakow, so I decided to use the bus tour offered by the Accord Tour travel agency. Eventually: I enjoyed the cities, but too short due to the incompetence of our guide and the terrible organization of the tour. Our group constantly had to roam at gas stations for three hours, instead of walking around the city. →

I do not recommend to anyone! A wife with 2 children bought a ticket to Turkey (contract TR27088061), to the hotel "Fortezza Beach Resort", arrived at 5 am, got to the hotel - about 7 am. They were not even allowed into the territory, they said that everything was occupied by some kind of congress of local Turks. Things were practically thrown out of the minibus onto the road, the people themselves were brought to the island to the 3-star "Adakoy" club, where no one fed them, they even refused to give water to the children, they said - no bracelets! Only after the scandal they gave water and allowed The representative of the tour operator appeared only (had a good night's sleep!) at about 11 am, while he did not give any apologies or promises, they say we will solve the issues and blah blah blah. →

This review was written on the last day of the tour, already at the border. I didn’t get around to publishing it, although I promised. But the moment came when it was no longer possible to remain silent - a week ago people died again in Poland - tourists from the Accord Tour! And now the review itself: - I will not touch upon the issues of accommodation in hotels, the professionalism of the guide and other important, but still secondary issues. →

What you need to know about this tour: one . In addition to the price of the tour, you ALWAYS pay for the transfer to Venice (bus + boat) 26 euros, local fees at hotels, headphones with a receiver in free tours (and you can’t hear the guide without them), travel (about this, however, it is written in the tour advertisement). In total, it turned out an additional 48 euros per person. →
