Good afternoon! We went with Yastreb-Tour to Gribovka on 08/08/18 and back on 08/16/18, the impressions are very mixed. The main criterion for choosing a carrier was comfortable transport, which we have repeatedly focused on and company representatives assured that all their vehicles are new and in good technical condition. We got there without complaints, a good bus, driver, escort, but what we were given on the way back can hardly be called a bus, more like a trough on wheels. →

We ordered a tour to Greece from hottours.in.ua - I liked the offers on the site, the manager said the hotel was available and paid 50%. A day later calls back - the hotel refused. I found another suitable hotel on their website. The next day he writes to viber - the hotel refused and offers 3 other hotels to choose from - two have reviews for 6 points out of 10, and the third is 30% more expensive. →

Flash Tour - Their partner in Egypt is terrible. many guides only sell vouchers and draw money, they announced the postponement of the departure 6 hours in advance! toet were supposed to fly at 14, and the flight was set earlier by 9 o'clock! It's MAU!!! So, the departure was reported at 10 pm, and the check-out from the hotel was at 2 am! →

It was only a week of vacation + 2 days off. We decided to buy a tour to Egypt. Now I would not repeat the mistakes and would buy any other hotel, but definitely from a different operator. We bought a tour on Friday at lunchtime, a scheduled departure at night from Saturday to Sunday, i.e. tomorrow's night. On Saturday afternoon it turns out that the flight is rescheduled from night to Sunday lunch - minus one day to rest! Then we change the flight, the next flight is postponed again and again with the final departure date 25 hours later than the original one (we bought the tour the day before departure!). →

They do not return money for a shortened tour !!! Horror I do not recommend !!! Due to the optimization of the flight program, the flight on June 25 was canceled and the tourists were transferred to the return flight on June 24.
