The tour was ordered from AnexTour. Shortly before the tour, I read a lot of reviews from tourists who were accommodated in the 6th Ambassador building. Having contacted the travel agency, we were assured that AnexTour did not conclude an agreement for the 6th building, and we should not worry. Initially, the departure time was from Odessa at 12:00, but the carrier moved it (beautifully explaining that legally this is all completely allowed, up to the cancellation of the charter) at 18:00, thereby, in fact, stealing one day from us. →

Not a single tourist from the bus got into his hotel that he booked !!!! According to their own employees in Turkey, the travel agency conducts fraud with booking and rebooking rooms.
