In 2018, my friend and I bought an I Travel tour in advance to get a discount. On this tour we went to magnificent Georgia. We chose the bus to save money. But now I advise everyone in advance to get to Georgia by plane, and from there to Ukraine by bus, since the road there was very long and tiring. The service to the attendants was very good. The man knew the details for an interesting pastime, the guides were excellent. →

The tour was ordered from AnexTour. Shortly before the tour, I read a lot of reviews from tourists who were accommodated in the 6th Ambassador building. Having contacted the travel agency, we were assured that AnexTour did not conclude an agreement for the 6th building, and we should not worry. Initially, the departure time was from Odessa at 12:00, but the carrier moved it (beautifully explaining that legally this is all completely allowed, up to the cancellation of the charter) at 18:00, thereby, in fact, stealing one day from us. →

Not a single tourist from the bus got into his hotel that he booked !!!! According to their own employees in Turkey, the travel agency conducts fraud with booking and rebooking rooms. Be prepared to be taken wherever they want! It’s the same with departures, everything changes and is transferred. We arrived half a day later than we should have and departed not at 19:00 but at 13:00, as a result, we lost a day and a half. →

I flew to Turkey with my little daughter in 2017 (10-21.08). We chose the Ali Vey Resort in Side. I chose the hotel on the site, then met with the manager in the office. I came at the appointed time, they were already waiting for me, they talked well. After buying the tour, we waited for departure. Flights were not rescheduled for a day. Upon arrival, I quickly found the Pegasus counter, and was taken to the hotel by transfer. →
