Do not mess with this operator - save your nerves and time!
It was only a week of vacation + 2 days off. We decided to buy a tour to Egypt. Now I would not repeat the mistakes and would buy any other hotel, but definitely from a different operator. We bought a tour on Friday at lunchtime, a scheduled departure at night from Saturday to Sunday, i.e. tomorrow's night. On Saturday afternoon it turns out that the flight is rescheduled from night to Sunday lunch - minus one day to rest! Then we change the flight, the next flight is postponed again and again with the final departure date 25 hours later than the original one (we bought the tour the day before departure!).

The hotel is very good, but the main thing is without JoinUp
Very good hotel. Beautiful area with a huge number of palm trees and other greenery. We arrived early in the morning - check-in within an hour and a half (the room was cleaned) much earlier than the standard 12.
