In February 2021, we bought a tour to the Barut Hemera hotel we are interested in. Getting ready, going, I decided to check if everything is fine. I asked the manager for information on the tour (you never know) and here it turns out there is NO TOUR! More precisely, the hotel canceled the reservation, and the tour operator (if I had not asked) would have informed about this when? a week before leaving? I do not recommend this tour operator. We were supposed to fly out on March 5 at 21:30, and Coral changed our flight and departure time. And the flight was rescheduled for 5:00 am on March 5. We were picked up from the hotel at one in the morning. We had a tour for 9 nights 10 days, the tour operator stole a night and a day from us. They threw us. →
