We had a tour to a hotel in Side Otium Seven Seas. Everything was great, wonderful hotel, normal flight and transfer. But when it was time to leave the hotel at 10 am, the guide got off the bus, which had come to pick up tourists from our hotel, and said that our flight had been postponed by 6 o'clock. We bought a tour on 05/19/2018 from TPG in Diana Hotel (Ex. Kent Studyo) 4 * (recommended, exclusive) in Icmeler. Upon arrival in Turkey, they said that the hotel was replaced by the Club Selen Hotel 4 *. According to reviews - terrible, at a price - cheaper, and not recommended by TPG. To our protests, the guide at the airport said that she did not know anything and that it was her business to take her to the hotel. →
