I bought my daughter a tour to the Czech Republic (her dream). The tour is just great! 2 days in Prague. Daughter is very satisfied. But .... We had a tour to a hotel in Side Otium Seven Seas. Everything was great, wonderful hotel, normal flight and transfer. But when it was time to leave the hotel at 10 am, the guide got off the bus, which had come to pick up tourists from our hotel, and said that our flight had been postponed by 6 o'clock. With all the questions about what to do next, she rather rudely said that she could not do anything and it was not her fault that the flight was postponed. →

It was not possible to go on vacation for a couple of years and Coral Travel entrusted the dream of the sea. We were offered convenient flights, we spent two hours just discussing the options. We turned to make a reservation at Hotel Otium life 5 stars. Documents sent by email. Vacation went great! Who is afraid of viruses - do not be afraid. We bought a tour on 05/19/2018 from TPG in Diana Hotel (Ex. Kent Studyo) 4 * (recommended, exclusive) in Icmeler. Upon arrival in Turkey, they said that the hotel was replaced by the Club Selen Hotel 4 *. According to reviews - terrible, at a price - cheaper, and not recommended by TPG. To our protests, the guide at the airport said that she did not know anything and that it was her business to take her to the hotel. →

We purchased a package tour from the agency "Let's go with us" from the tour operator join up. 05/18/18, departure date 05/24/18, Our flight and departure time were changed 4 times (1) YE 5117--c. 13-30; (2)BAY Bravo 5078---at 08-30;(3)BAY 2171---08-30;(4)KUP 8020---at 19-50----all this is a departure from Zaporozhye, transfer from Mariupol, we are two adults and two children 6 and 8 years old. →

The flight was postponed 3 times ... First there was a flight at 2 am from Boryspil, then 3 night from Zhulyan. And when we had already left (we had 4 hours to go to Kyiv), the flight was rescheduled for 14.00 to Boryspil. Although we bought a tour with an early departure (it is more expensive than 40 bucks).
