Do not take Anex! Tickets were bought in April. For two adults and a child. 6 days before the flight, the child had an operation outside the planned one, the appendicitis was removed. They asked with a surcharge to reschedule the tour from May to the end of June, July, August in the same hotel, they refused. This tour operator has all this at a decent level. The plane was normal both there and back. Guides are always clean and tidy. Shuttle bus both ways were good. →

Honestly, I used the services of this agency for the first time, I was very dissatisfied!!! Booked a tour for a month, immediately paid. I was promised a day before the trip to send sms with details about the departure. How strange SMS passed before the promised date of the day for two. In the morning, the day before the trip, they called me and said that you would not be able to go, because the bus that was supposed to carry us broke down in Kyiv. →

We changed the departure time several times as a result of the tour (7 nights - 8 days), we got it (6 nights - 6.5 days). It is possible that the tour operator considers that the time spent at the airport (the flight was delayed both there and back) is included in the tour. From the travel agency we are waiting for the results of the claims made - will we have a refund and in what amount?. →

I am very dissatisfied with the trip, especially by tour operators in Ukraine - GTO travel and in Turkey, the declared four turned out to be without stars at all ... .. my claims and requests to be relocated to the appropriate hotel were ignored .... the attitude is simply skodic.
