We ourselves are from Kharkov, but we decided to fly from Kyiv because of the convenient departure time, we specially selected a tour with an early departure there and a late one from here, after reading the reviews, we asked for any airline except Jan Air, we were told that this was not a problem, but when we paid for the tour , it turned out that both there and back tickets are still Yang Air. →

The flight was postponed 3 times, it turned out that they stole the whole day from us: they were supposed to arrive on 05/13/18 at 6:00, and arrived on 05/13/18 at 22:00. For the first time in a very solid travel experience, I flew on a package tour to Sharm (03/03/2018) and got into an unpleasant situation with a flight delay of 20 hours, scandals, screams and getting into the news feed. The fault naturally lies not with "Come with us", but with bad weather, poor Bravo airways and #JoinUp, which push bullshit. It’s worth noting right away, I understand that you can’t count on super conditions at low tour prices, given that these tours manage to earn money from “Come with us” and JoinUp and Bravo airways, and the body of the tour comes out almost free. →

Do not take Anex! Tickets were bought in April. For two adults and a child. 6 days before the flight, the child had an operation outside the planned one, the appendicitis was removed. They asked with a surcharge to reschedule the tour from May to the end of June, July, August in the same hotel, they refused. They said we don’t transfer and we don’t give money back 100% retention. →

In my opinion, a good indicator for a tour operator is - all stages of the journey (air flight, transfer, hotel guide). As well as the professionalism and appearance of its representatives. This tour operator has all this at a decent level. The plane was normal both there and back. Guides are always clean and tidy. Shuttle bus both ways were good. →

Honestly, I used the services of this agency for the first time, I was very dissatisfied!!! Booked a tour for a month, immediately paid. I was promised a day before the trip to send sms with details about the departure. How strange SMS passed before the promised date of the day for two. In the morning, the day before the trip, they called me and said that you would not be able to go, because the bus that was supposed to carry us broke down in Kyiv. →

We changed the departure time several times as a result of the tour (7 nights - 8 days), we got it (6 nights - 6.5 days). It is possible that the tour operator considers that the time spent at the airport (the flight was delayed both there and back) is included in the tour. From the travel agency we are waiting for the results of the claims made - will we have a refund and in what amount?. →
