When buying a tour in November, the travel agency promised to heat the pool. The pools arrived +18C. Very cold water! When we checked out of the room, the flight was early. At 6.00 departure from the hotel instead of breakfast at the hotel were malnourished from dinner. We flew to Mitsis Laguna Resort and Spa (Crete, Anissaras Island) via Coral Travel. We were on vacation in September-October 2017, looking ahead, I will say that I would gladly return again. Separately, I want to thank Coral for the quick paperwork, flew out in just a couple of days. The hotel area is large and well-groomed, divided into zones: on the right is a bungalow with family rooms, the main pool, a playground and a bar, on the left are bungalows surrounded by a lazy river. →

Thieves and incompetent people in their work. They paid them money for the tour, but the travel agency did not fulfill the agreements given to us before paying for this tour !!! They ruined our vacation and still had the audacity not to return our payment for the tour. We hope to take our money through the court. →

I drive children from a sports school in Ukraine. This time we decided to go to Kamianets-Podilskyi for spring break. The girls from Zabava-Tour promptly made a two-day plan, a menu, booked a hotel "7 days". We had not just an excursion around Kamenets, but a four-hour quest. The children were divided into two teams and between the stories of the guide about the history of the city there were contests, tasks, riddles. →

I have been to Spain several times already, but as an excursion, now I want to go to the sea. Contacted Coral Travel in Odessa. We asked for a hotel that is very close to the sea - and they picked one for us. Tahiti Playa 4 stars. Another big plus is the location - close to the store and the station. Barcelona can be reached in an hour. The manager really guessed us with a choice - all the details were easily explained online or by phone. →
