We chose a tour to Turkey for a holiday with children, advised Mukarnas Spa Resort 5 *, we were absolutely satisfied with the hotel and service from the beginning to the end of the holiday! The children were delighted with the slides and animation. The travel agent picked the hotel with high quality and fully told all the pros and cons! We'll definitely be back!!!. →

In November, an excursion tour was purchased, the tour was paid for the full cost within 2 days, train tickets to Odessa were purchased on the specified date. 10 days before, a message arrives that the tour will not take place, and offers to replace tours with an additional charge or tours 3-4 days less than the paid tour. They chose a replacement well, returned the train tickets, bought new tickets to Lviv. →

At the end of March, we rested at the Siva Sharm hotel. We were satisfied with the tour operator, although we read negative reviews. Hotel guides load a little. And so everything went great. Special thanks to the guide Ali, who went with us on a bus tour to Ras Mohammed. It was just great!! →

Unfortunately, I managed to contact this company this year regarding the purchase of a bus ticket to Bulgaria. I talked with Nadezhda, who, due to her lack of proper competence, told me by phone that the bus was leaving from Privoz, Odessa. I repeated to her several times that I have only one hour between the train and the bus, I will be with a small child, so this is very important for me. →

Just got back from a trip to Georgia. We are very satisfied with the trip! Many thanks to the manager of the travel agency for recommendations on choosing a tour. Picked up a ticket at a price that suited us. Before the trip, they gave advice on customs clearance. The hotel is fully consistent with the description and photos. The transfer was well organized. →

The manager quickly picked up a tour to Egypt and took into account all the wishes for the hotel and the rest. During the tour, they asked how we settled down and if everything was fine, they called us after returning. Good travel agency with reasonable prices and high level service. Let's turn again. →

We met this tour operator when we were looking for an inexpensive vacation at sea. And the best part is that they picked up not a banal tour to Egypt or Turkey. We were offered to go to Spain for ridiculous money. All arising questions during the holiday, the tour operator solved with lightning speed, leaving us only pleasant moments and not forcing us to waste our time on unpleasant nuances. →

“ Thank you, we are very happy with our stay. Thanks to the managers of the company for a good holiday in Egypt.. We were at Regency plaza 5* in Sharm. they talked about hotels, thirdly, it’s clear that they go everywhere and tell what they saw themselves. We came to them, there were a lot of people, but we were immediately offered to sit down, asked if we could wait 10 minutes, offered coffee, we were sooooo nice we were surprised. →

Suddenly I order a package tour of the sea from this agency. I really like how girls work as managers. They know the hotel base well and can easily choose a hotel. They will tell you about all the pros and cons of a hotel. Documents are sent on time. Everything is clear and gentle. →
