When buying a tour in November, the travel agency promised to heat the pool. The pools arrived +18C. Very cold water! When we checked out of the room, the flight was early. At 6.00 departure from the hotel instead of breakfast at the hotel were malnourished from dinner. We flew to Mitsis Laguna Resort and Spa (Crete, Anissaras Island) via Coral Travel. We were on vacation in September-October 2017, looking ahead, I will say that I would gladly return again. The hotel area is large and well-groomed, divided into zones: on the right is a bungalow with family rooms, the main pool, a playground and a bar, on the left are bungalows surrounded by a lazy river. →
