I will not surprise anyone with my review, since such tactics seem to have become the norm for the Accord company. . My three very good trips with them in 2012, 2016 and 2017 gave me hope that everything will continue to be at the level, but. . . Back in October, my husband and I booked an eight-day tour "Magic Ball" for March-April 2018, dreaming of celebrating our silver anniversary in beautiful Vienna. →

Information for future tourists on tours from the company. Situation: I was interested in the following tour: Prague Avia + Vienna (one-day bus tour). The site declared the cost in hryvnias from 12 thousand hryvnias, which is approximately from 332 euros. https://esv.kiev.ua/tour/praga-avia-vena/ The head of the company Maxim (here we note that absolutely at the exact time specified) sends by mail, according to him, the detailed price list of the cost of the tour (the tour was planned for the end of May). →

I ordered a quest game "Lviv Secrets" for my daughter's birthday. From the first minutes of communication with the manager, I felt that he was a professional in his field. The quest took place on "URA", the children were satisfied, with a lot of divination and emotions. It was a pleasure to deal with competent people in this field. I recommend the Tour de Lviv to my acquaintances and friends. →

We went with an anex 10 years ago to Turkey, a year before their bankruptcy. There was one deceit on the excursions, half of what they told was not there, because my mother loves to get the truth, then, of course, they tried to appease us the whole excursion first, then with a cookie, and on the second they were already exhausted as best they could around us. →

In early March, in Kataleya, we were picked up a ticket for the whole family to Egypt, they wanted to go to a hotel where there is good food, short piers and, most importantly, a hotel on the first line. We rested at the Dreams Beach 5-star hotel, very well, organized a transfer, took it almost from home. I really liked the fact that we had an online check-in for a flight at the airport so that we would not stand in line and upon arrival at the airport we already knew our seats on the plane. →

Contacted them several times. We mainly bought tours to Turkey, the Dominican Republic, Sri Lanka, etc. The last time they asked for help to get a visa to the United States. Knowing how hard it is to get an American visa, we decided to contact a trusted place with qualified managers. We made the right decision - our visas were successfully issued yesterday! I recommend this travel agency. →
