If you are traveling with a company, know that you can live in separate hotels. However, before the trip itself, getting on my nerves, the agency eventually decided. She didn't give change to anyone, including me. In communication with other tourists, it turned out that she owed someone 4 euros, someone 2, someone 6 euros. →

I have already seen many similar reviews here, but I will also leave my own. Never buy from this company! We bought a tour with departure 3.03 from Kyiv. When choosing a tour, the dates and city of departure were fundamentally important for us, since it is much more difficult to get to Lviv from us and the train schedule does not fit with the time of departure, so we would have to spend the night in Lviv twice, and this time and money. →

We use the services of the travel company ARRIVA not for the first time. We want to express our gratitude for the good prices for tours, they always select the best price and departure time so as not to waste days on vacation. It is very convenient that the tour can be paid for by bank transfer and receive a package of documents by e-mail, which saves a lot of time. →

I definitely do not recommend it. We bought 2 tickets. The priority was the Disneyland tour, stated both in the name of the tour and in the program !!!! They clarified whether it would be for sure. They answered yes. not enough for Disneyland. Canceled. Imagine the reaction of the poor child!!! Described her indignation in the questionnaire. No reaction. →

A complete tour with five nights in hotels plus breakfast, transfers (2300 km) and sightseeing tours in the main four countries (Austria, Poland, Vergria and the Czech Republic), and this is only 180 euros per person! Take at least hotel accommodation, if taken separately, it is 50 euros per night, and here 50 * 5 nights, it would have already come out 250 euros. →
