We flew with Tui to Turkey last autumn (03.09-14.09.17), everything went without problems. I liked the girls in the Kiev office and the quality of the consultation. We were not put on the table with an advertising brochure with hotels that need to be sold, but were selected according to our requirements. Before a trip to Greece, my husband and I studied operators and chose CoralTravel. I was pleased with the service, managers are ready to help even in small things and advise on the second round without nerves. So we were in a good mood even before the flight to Greece. By the way, the Hersonissos Palace 5 * hotel is just as good in this regard. I couldn’t connect my laptop to WiFi, but the receptionist helped me set it up and generally always offered their help. →

We came to the Coral Travel office to arrange a trip to Pirate`s Beach Club (Turkey). The kids wanted a pirate theme. Thanks to them for the quick paperwork, with some agents even the initial procedure turned into hell, but here it is calm and sustained. Didn't try to stick another hotel. We issued plane tickets, the departure from Boryspil was not delayed, the flight was not shaking, the cabin was clean. →

I was very surprised when, in a type of cool travel agency, the managers of two words could not connect about Egypt. Egypt Carl!!!! This is the most popular holiday destination.
