I saw an ad from this company that they carry to Bukovel. But I was very surprised that INSURANCE IS NOT INCLUDED AT ALL in the tour and they said to pay for it separately. This is not acceptable, this is against the law. It is impossible to save on the health and life of tourists. Beware of such offers (ski tours), where insurance is not included in the price, which violates the laws of Ukraine. →

They incorrectly indicated the departure time in the voucher, they sent a completely different departure time to the partners who organized the transfer. As a result, the group (7 people) was late for the flight and spent several days at the airport! Help and support from the tour company did not wait! The tourist spent his birthday not on the beautiful island of Bali, but on suitcases at the Kuala Lumpur airport. →

Just awful!!! Dishonest agency. Shullers. They smile in the eyes, but in reality they offer cheap tours at the price of VIP tours. And you will know this after you arrive at the place of rest. On 10/26/2017, I purchased a tour https://www.akkord-tour.com.ua/tours/6985, departure date 12/23 (already at the time of purchase, we had seats at the end of the bus). As you understand, tickets to Lviv and back have been bought. But on December 7, 2017, Accord Tour announced the cancellation of the tour. →
