I saw an ad from this company that they carry to Bukovel. But I was very surprised that INSURANCE IS NOT INCLUDED AT ALL in the tour and they said to pay for it separately. This is not acceptable, this is against the law. It is impossible to save on the health and life of tourists. Beware of such offers (ski tours), where insurance is not included in the price, which violates the laws of Ukraine. →

The cost of excursions from travel agencies in the hotel, as well as on the websites of local tour companies is 2-3 times cheaper. Description of excursions - too, price - Quite another. They incorrectly indicated the departure time in the voucher, they sent a completely different departure time to the partners who organized the transfer. As a result, the group (7 people) was late for the flight and spent several days at the airport! Help and support from the tour company did not wait! The tourist spent his birthday not on the beautiful island of Bali, but on suitcases at the Kuala Lumpur airport. →
