They incorrectly indicated the departure time in the voucher, they sent a completely different departure time to the partners who organized the transfer. As a result, the group (7 people) was late for the flight and spent several days at the airport! Help and support from the tour company did not wait! On 10/26/2017, I purchased a tour https://www.akkord-tour.com.ua/tours/6985, departure date 12/23 (already at the time of purchase, we had seats at the end of the bus). As you understand, tickets to Lviv and back have been bought. But on December 7, 2017, Accord Tour announced the cancellation of the tour. →

Well, we immediately called our tour operator and dumped all the photos from this place, she herself was in shock. Then they told us to wait. We waited more than 5 hours after sitting in the lobby of the hotel. After that, they offered us another hotel, but at the same time we had to pay a fine of 120 euros to the company upon arrival, and, of course, get to the hotel ourselves. →
