We bought through Anex a tour to Turkey in June 2017 according to Fortune 5 stars UltraAll inclusive in Belek. We hoped that the hotel in the elite region and the UltraAll food system could not be bad, they took a chance .... We were sent to the cheapest and worst hotel in Belek Thron Seagate Belek, the hotel does not correspond to the declared category absolutely! It's 3 stars, but not 5! What their Ultra All concept is, they couldn’t even explain to us at the hotels - imported alcohol, a safe, juices - paid and low-quality, the food is very monotonous, the hotel is small, old, the rooms are shabby, there is no territory. →
