Due to a hacker attack, they did not confirm the hotel reservation and put another, much worse one in its place! For a change of hotel they wanted a 100% surcharge for a new hotel. They don't respond to complaints at all. →

Departure from Zaporozhye "international" airport, which was operated by bravo airways, was delayed for 8 hours!!! At the same time, after my repeated calls to TPG, the answer was always the same - we do not communicate directly with customers, call the agency in which this tour was purchased. →
