Just in time for my birthday, my husband and I rushed to Bulgaria. We bought a ticket to Coral Travel, in general, we liked everything, the managers are very polite, they chose the most suitable ticket for us. Elenite fell in love right away, I wanted a quiet measured rest and got it in full))) mostly families rest here, they heal both soul and body! We stayed at the Andalucia Beach Hotel, a chic hotel surrounded by mountains, the Black Sea, wonderful nature and such sweet and pleasant air that it is impossible to breathe. →

Good afternoon! This is not the first time I have contacted Mandroi - everything is just excellent. You enter the office and your mood is already improving, the atmosphere is always friendly. Favorite manager - Karina Bobirenko, friendly and professional. Picked up the best tour to Spain for us. We bought a trip in February for the end of May-beginning of June, so the price was, to put it mildly, sooo attractive! The organization of recreation, as always, is at the highest level - flights, transfers, hotel guides, and the hotel itself and the city of Calella are just a fairy tale! We visited Barcelona on a tour - we definitely want to return there))) In addition, many thanks for the help in obtaining a visa to the manager Galina !!! She advised me on the best and fastest way to collect all the documents, promptly and fully answered a bunch of questions - as a result, they even opened a multivisa for me (this was before visa-free travel). →

I have never used TPG services before and have never experienced such an attitude. I bought the tour 14 days in advance. 3 days before departure, the flight was rescheduled for 14 hours (from 6.00 to 20.00 then to 17.00). To my question in the quality service that I, by their grace, lost a day of rest, they answered that they would somehow compensate. →

My wife and I went on a tour called “Grand Canyon and Trypillia metropolises. Excursion to the Canyon in Buki» 01.07.2017. We left Kyiv at 8:20, and reached the canyon in Buki at 16:35. On this day it was hot, but the air conditioner in the bus did not work, the hatch could barely open + there were two small windows in the back of the bus, it was very hot and stuffy. →

They wanted to evict from the hotel, because we filmed an anthill in the room (island view in sharm, egypt), like we will do anti-advertising of the hotel. Guide Mukhamed threatened and yelled. Being in a foreign country with a child, we should not rest, but worry that they want to evict us from the hotel and hide from the threats of the guide from Anex. →

Does not match advertised services. Children were given a 10% discount instead of 20% as on the site. We drove in 38 degree heat without air conditioning. Either the driver was saving money, or they deliberately deceived him by giving false information about transportation. We do not recommend →
