If you have the opportunity, do not buy tours from this tour operator!!! Flight transfers a day (two) before departure are practiced very often. This fate befell us too. We bought a tour for 10 days or how they interpret the nights according to the early booking system (in February they booked a tour to Turkey for June). We were promised a flight there at 4 am and back at 2 pm. →

Not only did the manager make mistakes when drawing up the contract, she also sold us a hotel stay in which there were no vacant rooms, reproaching us for not being aware of all the intricacies of her work. →
