Not only did the manager make mistakes when drawing up the contract, she also sold us a hotel stay in which there were no vacant rooms, reproaching us for not being aware of all the intricacies of her work. →

We lived on the 3rd line, 400 meters from Labada, we went there, but this never covers all other impressions.
