I chose this company because I fell for advertising about European standards. The service is similar to any other tour operator in Ukraine: the same overpriced rate when paying, the same transfer, even worse, since the buses are huge, and therefore they collect a crowd of tourists longer, the same violent shopping trips, instead of quickly delivering tourists to the hotel or airport.

The organization of the trip was normal, met at the airport, delivered to the hotel in Marmaris in 2 hours. There were 30 minutes left until the end of dinner, it’s good that the reception first thought of feeding everyone after the road and then registering. But on the way back we made a transfer at 7.15, the tour operator arrived late at 7.30. You could give people 10 minutes for breakfast.

Disgusting!!! Join UP!!! Do not buy tours from them. Delayed flight to Antalya from Krivoy Rog for 6 hours!!! Moreover, they brought to the airport at about 11 am and there they already announced that the check-in for the flight would begin at 16.20, and the departure at 19.00, instead of the planned one at 13.00. After scandals on tel. with representatives of the tour operator we were taken to the city so that we could at least feed the children (at our expense).

A huge minus of our vacation is the UIA charter and the organization of a transfer from the tour operator Pegasus in Ukraine. We bought a tour for 9 nights with a good departure and return time, we know that charters can change the schedule, but in our case they changed not only the time, but also the airport of departure and arrival in Ukraine. We lost two nights, a very tiring transfer with terrible organization from Pegasus.

Everything is fine until you get to the hotel guides, who sell excursions twice as expensive and "intimidate" tourists with the invalidity of insurance in Turkey - they are complete nonsense. After refusing to buy an excursion - you are a complete 0 for guides! Everyone deals with your questions, at the reception, gestrelation, but not the guides. I ask the Pegasus management to pay attention to the fact that employees are hostages of their functional duties, so set adequate prices for trips so that your guides can sell them normally and not hear in the back, they say they make money on tourists at tripartite prices - the market dictates its prices, there is no monopoly here.



I do not advise Anex, especially their Royal Grand Hotel in Egypt.

Anex very clearly overestimates its capabilities and service. The guides at the Royal Grand Hotel are not very friendly and rude people. And the hotel itself is just PR. He does not answer 5 * as stated. The food is terrible. The most interesting thing is that when an insured event arose ... at the hotel they disowned me, writing to the tracking service as indicated on the insurance, no one even answered me, neither mail nor skype, nor phone.
