We contacted a travel agency to organize transportation to Berdyansk and back. When ordering, the manager answered politely. We made reservations there and back. Due to a change in circumstances, there was no need to travel to Berdyansk, which was reported to the travel agency in advance. At the same time, they asked to leave the opportunity to return with the company back from Beryansk, to which the manager responded with rudeness. →

When traveling from the Airport to the hotel, they usually talk about the country - the guide was not very good. He spoke little, although it took 2.5 hours to get there. But the hotel guide Aziz (Hotel Club Kastaliya) exceeded all expectations - he spoke in detail about the hotel and our capabilities. The rest of the organization - as in all travel agencies, normal. →

Group of 21 people, including 5 children from 4 to 12 years old. Arrived in Antalya on 20. 05. 2017 at about 6:05. The steward on duty met me by bus and delivered to the hotel at about 06:50. Conducted a brief briefing on the way to Kemer (Hotel Sherwood Club Goynuk). There he ordered to contact the reception staff for all questions, as our guide will appear at 13:00 the next day and then he will deal with us. →

I chose this company because I fell for advertising about European standards. The service is similar to any other tour operator in Ukraine: the same overpriced rate when paying, the same transfer, even worse, since the buses are huge, and therefore they collect a crowd of tourists longer, the same violent shopping trips, instead of quickly delivering tourists to the hotel or airport. →
