On May 5, 2017, I bought a tour to the DREAM WORL HILL hotel for a period from 07/04/17 to 07/11/17 for early booking. The tour operator TUI pocketed the money, but did not book a room. When issuing documents 3 days before departure (June 30), the TUI operator did not warn about changing the hotel, did not offer a choice of other hotels with the same or better conditions, did not give the opportunity to rebook dates (and this is the main condition in their contract). →

Anex Tour does not care about its tourists, does nothing to solve problematic situations, and hotel managers communicate with customers in a boorish way. I bought a tour to Turkey from them with a departure from Kyiv, although I myself live in Kharkov (I specifically chose Kyiv for the good time of departure and arrival).
