I was lucky, and I received a certificate for a tour to Georgia as a gift. Three of us traveled (husband, me and my 9-year-old son). Despite the difficult transition (apparently, the slowest customs officers in the world work at the Russian customs), Georgia, opened with Kote, is great!!! Our group was accompanied by Michael - a special THANK YOU to him!!! Misha is a hybrid of a kindergarten teacher and a wizard who solves problems with a wave of a magic wand))) The drivers are high-class professionals, it's hard to imagine that a big bus can overcome the turns of a mountain serpentine so gracefully))) Georgia itself is the sun, mountains, centuries-old history, friendly people, wine, delicious cuisine and warm sea! We ordered tours with a girl from TPG, at the border they found out that our hotel was full, we were offered an alternative. Instead of 4 * they offered 3 * far from the sea, an interesting move by "TPG professionals" isn't it? .. We refused, we were told they say "we are looking for another hotel that will suit you instead." But as a result, upon arrival, we were simply settled in the hotel from which we refused. →

On the way to Bulgaria, we boarded a bus and were “pleasantly” surprised that in Khmelnitsky we would have to transfer to another bus. At a gas station in Khmelnitsky, a double-decker bus was waiting for us, which brought people from Bulgaria, and its tired passengers, who boarded our bus and went to Kyiv, and we loaded our luggage with difficulty, sat down and drove to Bulgaria. →

Good afternoon! I want to share my impressions of ALF's trip to Bulgaria - we were accompanied by Irina, who was rude, inattentive, unkind, does not fulfill her functional duties, namely, she did not distribute garbage bags, she had to be stored in the pockets of bus seats, in by order forbade all passengers to leave through the front door !!! Allegedly, we will interfere with drivers !!! Passengers who had cigarettes (more than two packs) "advised" - "I don't know what you want to do with them, if you want, smoke everything cigarettes in front of the border, if you want, throw it away, I don’t care (literally) x years (again, from the words of the escort and information from the bus tickets) Also, in an orderly tone, she “recommended” everyone to go to the toilet without exception, because the bus will not stop at all designated parking lots !! not trying to help in solving problems that arose along the way (passengers in Izmail were late for 20 minutes, due to the fault of the tour operator, as he named the wrong gas station for boarding the bus) and so, the accompanying Irina was going to leave without waiting for 3 people (it’s good that she did not)) She did not inform about the time of moving from one stop to the next. →

We have just returned from the tour "Dzherelna freshness of Transcarpathia" The tour is wonderful, it covers the Carpathian waterfalls, lakes, springs and thermal waters. Many thanks to the director Shevchuk Natalya Konstantinovna, who organized a tour for 10 people for tourists from the Dnieper, picked us up in Lviv, and not in Rivne, which saved us time and money. →

The group was small. It was very comfortable. The driver Zhenya is a 100% master of his craft. There was a very rich and interesting program in Moscow. The Star Hotel is amazing. →

We have been resting with Robinson for many years. This time we decided to relax in Turkey at the Diamonds Club Kemer hotel from 08/24/2016 to 08/31/2016. The work of the agent is excellent, for our money we were offered the best option with gorgeous nature, a huge beach and a large territory. We were immediately explained that the mountains of land, rivers of whiskey and such things should not be expected, so there was no big disappointment due to the absence of these things. →
