RECOMMENDED! Sveta (director of the travel agency) told everything in detail, found out the preferences. When we chose several hotels: they told in detail and then we decided on the hotel. All documents were ready about a week before departure (but it depends on the tour operator, not the travel agency). The day before the departure, Sveta herself checked whether there were any changes on the flight. →

At the airport in Turkey met the guide, told everything. There was also an informational meeting with the guide at the hotels, where everything was told in more detail. Plus, there were excursions from this operator: a Turkish hammam (Alanya), an excursion program in Alanya and rafting. The guides always picked up before the tour, waited if someone was a little late, told everyone and took them back to the hotel. →

The most positive impressions remained from the rest, many thanks to the girls for their work. The bus was on the road for about two days, although at first they planned to leave the Dnieper at 15.00, and left at 5.30 (because at first they thought to go through Baku, then changed their minds and went through Upper Lars directly to Tbilisi), so they were on the road for 10 hours longer, and since the overnight stay was not planned, we stopped along the way where it was necessary and where it was not necessary. →

I ordered from this company "Megatur in Batumi" on 07/05/16, but, due to the non-operation of the checkpoint between Georgia and Russia, this tour was postponed to us from 07/05/16. as of 07.07.16 and joined the group from the tour operator "Kote". Here's what I want to write. On the Internet, I found the following facts about these tour companies: 1) "Kote" and "Ai Travel" are both located in the Dnieper; 2) the director of "Ai Travel" Nikita Plyasov was the director of "Kote" two years ago; 3) the manager of "I Travel" Victoria Gerashchenko three years ago was the manager of "Kote"; 4) the director of "Kote" Vladimir Kotelev is a trustee of the transport company "Busway", from which these companies rent buses for their trips. →

In the summer of this year I was "lucky" to become a tourist of the "Accord Tour" to Italy (via Vienna and Budapest). If all went well: good and very interesting excursions, quite comfortable bus, beautiful landscapes, picturesque cities, but there was one big BUT, which erased almost all impressions of the trip - a constant feeling of hunger… Now I will explain why. →

I DO NOT RECOMMEND For the first time we go on a trip and decided to choose a direct vacation - a sea cruise. Turning to the company in "Let's go with us" we were offered several options. We chose the most expensive of those offered, brought the money, paid the cost, and then everything went wrong, as we would like. There were delays in submitting documents for a visa (the results of whether they opened a visa for us or not were told 3-4 days before departure), I asked for air tickets to be sent to the post office from my manager 12 hours before departure. →

The guys help not only to choose a tour that will meet your needs, but also accompany you after the fact of paying for the tour, namely, clarifying the departure time, reminding you of the list of necessary documents on the eve of departure, when you are already in the hotel of your choice, they will again ask "How Are you doing?", which is humanly pleasant. →
