I have never encountered this in my life. Booked a tour for two. There are simply no words ... these are the real SCAMMERS. So many nerves were eaten ... I always begged for some information about the tour, and they are "now, 20 minutes" and so it was 2 months !!!! The day before the tour there was no further information. We contacted the tour operator, and they said that the tour had been canceled for a month . →

August 16-18, 2016 had to become a client of the "Gal Cruise". We were returning from vacation in Greece. We were given a Neoplan bus number BC8345EA, which arrived in Greece with a broken air conditioner. The bus was much narrower than the one we went on vacation. The legs had nowhere to go, so they were very swollen. A 30-year stay on a bus on a route of 1,600 km in the summer heat with 100% filling has become a real hardship. →
