We rested in Truskavets from 20 to 28 July. We took an excursion from this travel agency, which was called Evening Lviv. Why it was called evening Lviv, I did not understand. They took us at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, despite the fact that with a very big delay, forcing us to bathe in the heat. We drove for a couple of minutes and were transferred to a large bus. →

Situation #1: In October 2015, we turned to the Kyiv office of Grekodom (Mouzenidis Group) with a request to help in obtaining a residence permit in Greece. Our request was forwarded to the "legal department" of Grekodom in Thessaloniki, Greece. Having collected all the necessary documents and sent their scans, we received confirmation of the completeness of the collected package and on December 28 made an advance payment for services in the amount of 2500 euros and provided all original documents for verification. →

All products from the proposed menu have been replaced with cheaper ones: 1. compote - chilled hibiscus tea 2. chicken - chicken bones (meat trimmed) 3. pilaf - vegetable rice stew 4. dumplings, fish, cabbage rolls were absent, there were potato pancakes, porridge with fried lard. 5. We used the services of this company in 2015 for the transportation of people to Kirillovka and back. I did not like the state of the buses, the lack of air conditioning and the assignment of specific seats to passengers. I do not recommend this company in this area. →

Went with Join Up. In July 2016 to Cyprus. I can say with confidence “We went with this operator for the first and last time. I will not subscribe to this non-tour operator again. It all started with the fact that they choose some kind of muddy air carriers. As a result of three flight reschedules, we lost a day of (paid) vacation. Not to mention spending half a day at the airport (here thanks to the employees of Larnaca airport, they didn’t leave them in trouble and helped as best they could, but this is not the merit of the operator and the carrier, but the airport. →

We thank the travel agency and separately the manager Marina for a well-organized vacation. I want to note that here they select a separate approach for each tourist. We did not have to call every time and remind who we are and what issue we are calling about. →

We booked with the office director Larisa Yakovlevna. The vacation dates were decided at the last moment and it was necessary to urgently book, the budget was limited. They picked us a villa in Montenegro, without meals. We were very satisfied with both the country and the villa.
