We used the services of this company in 2015 for the transportation of people to Kirillovka and back. I did not like the state of the buses, the lack of air conditioning and the assignment of specific seats to passengers. I do not recommend this company in this area. →

Went with Join Up. In July 2016 to Cyprus. I can say with confidence “We went with this operator for the first and last time. I will not subscribe to this non-tour operator again. It all started with the fact that they choose some kind of muddy air carriers. As a result of three flight reschedules, we lost a day of (paid) vacation. Not to mention spending half a day at the airport (here thanks to the employees of Larnaca airport, they didn’t leave them in trouble and helped as best they could, but this is not the merit of the operator and the carrier, but the airport. →

We booked with the office director Larisa Yakovlevna. The vacation dates were decided at the last moment and it was necessary to urgently book, the budget was limited. They picked us a villa in Montenegro, without meals. We were very satisfied with both the country and the villa. The director called upon arrival in Zhuliany to ask if it was ok to get there and upon returning. →

Mom went on a tour of Norway at the end of July 2016 and a week later the bus overturned during the trip. As a result, the clavicle was broken - they gave a bandage, pills, and saying that everything was fine, they let me go; glass fragments cut his hand - they sewed it up, not to mention the terrible bruises and stress. They said that the return home is only at their own expense or continue the tour !!! Upon arrival home, my mother took an X-ray in two hospitals and everywhere they said that they needed to immediately go to the operation: a strong displacement of the bones and fragments of bones were found !!! Do not under any circumstances use this vehicle. We drove 130 km per hour along a terrible road (Zhelezny port - Kirovograd), crossed a solid one, overtook it very unsafely and jumped up hitting our heads. There were 3 remarks to the driver, but everything is even. There were children on the bus whose lives were risked without fear at all. Do not take risks, such people need to be brought to legal responsibility. →
