We bought a package tour to Bulgaria at Sol Nesseber Palace - 2 adults and a child 5 years old. Special thanks to Marina Bogdanets, through whom we ordered the ticket. She was always in touch, answered all questions, and also helped in the situation with a voucher that the hotel representatives did not receive by mail and asked to provide it. We traveled by bus, it was hard, but the buses were comfortable, accompanying nice people, answered questions and were ready to help in any situation. →

Yesterday we returned from vacation in Sharm el-Sheikh (Egypt) organized by anex tour. I want to share my impressions of the company. The worst thing that happened in this tour (tour to Istanbul) is our guide Khrystyna Khomyk - how can you be so unprofessional in doing your job ??? No information about the national cuisine, souvenirs, features and interesting facts about the countries was told, although we traveled to Romania, Bulgaria and Turkey! Who is the first time in this country, it would be useful to know the basic facts. Through a tour operator, I took a 2-day trip to Cappadocia. At first I thought to go through a local travel agency. We bought a tour to Montenegro, 3 + 1 h for 1790, hotel Ponta Nova, breakfast and dinner included. We were picked up from the airport, brought to the hotel and put in a room overlooking the ruins??????? And we paid for a view room, thanks to the hotel management, they moved two days later to the paid room. But it's all bullshit! Food is something! For dinner, broth with mivina seasoning, and mashed potatoes “mivina” as a side dish, !!! Every day is the same!!! At the same time, the tour operator in the cold does not give an answer for the agent's request! I did not warn that the restaurant from the hotel is not working and you need to go to the obala dining room !!! In general, the tour operator is not responsible, the food is terrible, the hotel is super !!. →
