Yesterday we returned from a tour of Kemer, Turkey. Booked a 6 night stay. Fortunately, everything went well, without unexpected incidents. As planned, the hotel hosted a meeting with our guide. He explained to us what was happening and at the end of the meeting, he offered to take excursions, strongly recommending buying from him. insurance is valid only within the framework of purchased services from a tour operator. →

I booked and paid for the tour of this tour operator - Anex Tuor. The flight took place during quarantine. On behalf of the operator (Anex Tour), I was offered to reschedule the trip, but the obligatory condition was not to change the hotel, the number of days of stay and the persons planning the trip (tourists). And they asked not to demand a refund!!!! Ok, everyone is in the same boat. →

the travel agency was known as reliable, but when we had problems at the hotel with the fact that the room did not match the promised one, they could not solve anything except to return the money to us, they promised that we would take a cheaper room, but at least without the trash that was going on around the first room. I had to decide everything ourselves, lose vacation time, as a result they paid for a good rest, but they didn’t get it quite right, the sediment remained. →
