But unfortunately, 5 days before departure, it turned out that the situation in the hotel was terrible, complete unsanitary conditions, dirty dishes, queues, rooms were not cleaned at all and, as a result, there was no response from the staff to the complaints of tourists. →

In general, there are no complaints about the tour operator, rather a request to more carefully select guides who work with tourists at the hotel. The guide named Hatim (+201066658552) who worked with us is probably the biggest liar in all of Egypt. After his stories about sailing the Red Sea on a VIP Yacht, the Best Yacht in Hurghada, we booked a tour. →

In August we went with Yastreb-tour to Zatoka. Impressions were extremely positive. Excellent service on the bus and the road itself was wonderful. Good and experienced driver drove very quickly. Tour operator JoinUp! (in Egypt, this office is called Sun International) left rather negative than positive impressions. Everything is always done at the last moment and late.
