Tour firm Join Up! and the airline Sky up - just terrible. We will never fly with them again and do not recommend to anyone. Constant transfers of flights to uncomfortable for tourists. We arrived at the hotel in the evening and left early in the morning = 2 days of stay at the hotel were lost. Hotel guide Ahmed Murzi from Anex Tour at the hotel le royal holiday resort aqua park (Egypt, Sharm) SCAM!!!! He sold an excursion to the Ras Mohammed reserve, but what he promised did not at all correspond to what we received! The guide was changed, the complaint was not answered and the money was not returned. They said that it was not their fault that the tour did not meet our expectations! With a hotel guide from Anex Tour, the tour cost $ 80. →

The tour was purchased in your company, 100% paid. Received confirmation of the reservation of the Be Family A, Side Sea View room at the Be Grand Resort 5 * hotel from 02/08/2020 to 09/08/2020 for 5 people (3 of which are children). The hotel was chosen based on the presence of a large water park on site. Upon arrival at Antalya Airport, our family was sent to the above hotel without being accompanied by a representative of the meeting travel agency. →
