IF YOU PLAN TO GO WITH THIS TRAVEL AGENCY AND EXACTLY TO THIS OFFICE - REMEMBER! in Krivoy Rog there are a couple of much more customer-oriented enterprises in this area that will help you relax outside your homeland. These pseudo "managers" are so incompetent in their DIRECT DUTIES that I'm just amazed that this office is still working, and apparently by some miracle brings profit to the owners! These girls, who are the sweetest at the first conversation, will NEVER call you back on important issues of your trip, you yourself will call them for the 101st time, ruin all your documents, drag out all the paperwork until the last day, or even the hour of the last day! To objectionable clients who want to recover something from these "tour business sharks", they simply do not answer calls and when you personally arrive at the office, you will hear the same record for the 1000th time - soothing trills "nothing" without specifics on dates, money and other things that will last up to a couple of months so exactly - 1: 1 situations coincided with several acquaintances - so the case of their embarrassment is not an isolated one. →
