But since the summer, they have either reduced the salaries of managers, or changed the staff, but the quality of the services provided has become much worse. 2 months before departure, we paid a 100% advance payment for the tour in the amount of 20 thousand UAH. The contract was signed by the director DMITRY STETSENKO. Just before the flight, it turned out that supposedly our Tour Operator went bankrupt. And we are flying with a rest. PP Putevochka represented by Stetsenko D. could not provide a single document that would testify to the transfer of our money to the account of the Tour Operator, that is, our money was simply appropriated by Stetsenko D. →

I do not recommend Tour-Return to anyone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Employees are not responsible, do not do their job, and the director is generally rude, allows himself to talk rudely to customers! And most importantly, they do not fulfill what they promised and gave guarantees, neither visas nor money. →
