This is the worst travel agency. There have already been reviews of our trip to Venice for the New Year. But I will write another one. The tour program was not completed at all. The first day was Jaeger. This is not an elective (as I was told in the travel agency) this is a city in Hungary, which we had to come to on December 29, 2015. My husband and I came to a tour company on December 1, 2015, we wanted a package of documents for applying for a Schengen visa to Lithuania. We agreed that within 10-12 days the package of documents would be ready, because we urgently needed it. At first they demanded 100 euros per person, after 10 days the rest of the amount. Today is 01/13/2016 and we have not seen any money or documents. →

Just returned with friends from the tour "Christmas magic of Podolia" from the Navigator. Many thanks to the company for the constant replenishment of the list of proposed tours with interesting novelties! We travel a lot and have been to the Carpathians, Lviv and Transcarpathia more than once, so we were very happy to have the opportunity to celebrate Christmas in the capital of Western Podolia - Ternopil, enjoy the beauty of the castles in Kamianets-Podilsky and Zbarazh, and also visit such holy places as: Pochaevskaya Lavra, the Holy Spirit Skete and the Mari Spiritual Center in Zarvanitsa. →

My husband and I went on a Christmas tour to Lviv. It's just a nightmare. Half of what was promised was not. Kazkova Polyana was closed, no one was going to drive to the zoo at all. turned off the phone, and people could not find the bus that took us to the hotel. →
