Accord ruined the holiday for the new year. The submission of documents took place 2 months before the trip, which was supposed to take place on December 29, 2015, but not only did they replace the tour due to a shortage, these fucking creatures also dragged on until the last moment with the submission of documents. 12/08/15 - we handed over the prints, and on 12/11/15 we received an SMS that the documents were considered, but for some reason the chords took them only on 12/17/15 (and then because of my persistent calls). →

A year ago, this travel agency was one of the best in terms of sightseeing tours in Ukraine, I regularly used its services with my friends, advised everyone around. But since the summer, they have either reduced the salaries of managers, or changed the staff, but the quality of the services provided has become much worse. Once I ordered and paid for a tour (kayaking), and they didn’t even bother to call me and tell me that the tour was canceled, they made me a scapegoat: I got up early on Sunday morning and went from the Right Bank to the Left, and then I waited another half an hour near the meeting point indicated in the tour description (suddenly someone appears). →

2 months before departure, we paid a 100% advance payment for the tour in the amount of 20 thousand UAH. The contract was signed by the director DMITRY STETSENKO. Just before the flight, it turned out that supposedly our Tour Operator went bankrupt. And we are flying with a rest. PP Putevochka represented by Stetsenko D. could not provide a single document that would testify to the transfer of our money to the account of the Tour Operator, that is, our money was simply appropriated by Stetsenko D. →

I do not recommend Tour-Return to anyone !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Employees are not responsible, do not do their job, and the director is generally rude, allows himself to talk rudely to customers! And most importantly, they do not fulfill what they promised and gave guarantees, neither visas nor money. →
