My wife and I were on a tour organized by Tour-Express LTD (Kyiv, Ovruchskaya St., 17). It was a bus tour to Italy (we have long wanted to visit this wonderful country). In general, the impressions about Italy were good, and we intend to visit this country again. But of course, not with such a tour operator as Tour-Express. Without exaggeration, the head of this operator, Evgeny Vasilievich (and on the same tour, our guide-leader of the group) can be called a fraudster, irresponsible and greedy person. →

We bought a sightseeing tour to Sudak + Novy Svet from Gurzuf. According to the program, we were supposed to sail on a boat to the New World (spend 2 hours there), then sail to Sudak (two hours there too). After all the excursions, we were supposed to be taken by boat at 5 pm back to Gurzuf. Due to weather conditions (a storm at sea), we were not brought to the New World, but immediately to Sudak. →

August 2015. I went with my wife to Lazurnoe. Money said to pay in advance! We were taken to the sea on a more or less normal bus, but to go back - the driver says there were not enough seats for everyone on the bus, and in a couple of minutes a Mercedes sprinter arrives, they say you will ride it, BUT !!! I ordered, and all other vacationers-BUS! WHAT DOES YOU MEAN NOT ENOUGH SEATS??? In general, you need to somehow go home, because the money has been paid. →

Hello! Do not contact Accord under any circumstances. I do not want to hope for luck .. whether we are lucky with the trip and with the guide or not .. I want to pay money and have a decent rest ... But this does not work .. They arranged a "rat race" .. there was nowhere to eat during long journeys ... Stops for 15 minutes for a toilet .. on the way back, they didn’t even stop at gas stations on purpose, only toilets in the field . →

Silpo Voyage chose randomly, deciding to use their 7% discount coupon. I chose the right hotel on the website. Do not buy excursions! They always lie .. They lure you to buy what they have cheaper, that outside the hotel you will be fooled. But it's all lies. They are almost twice as expensive. They just get a percentage of it. And do not listen when they say that they will bring it to the factory (candy, textiles ....) and it is cheaper there (THIS IS NOT TRUE!). →
