I agree with the previous review, boors work. We took tickets Kharkov-Kirillovka and back. The waybill contains the numbers of buses that follow this route, but the girl who sold the tickets warned that in any case she would call and tell the number of a particular bus. There was no call. The bus arrived with completely different numbers. They promised TV, air conditioning and even wi-fi. →

Never fly with JoinUp!!!!! We flew to Turkey a million times with different operators and never had any problems, this year I had a chance to fly with JoinUp! It was supposed to be our honeymoon, which was written in the tour application !!!!!! We were not settled in the paid hotel, after much torment (7 hours) we were given a choice of 2 hotels, which are much lower! They did not fulfill any of our requests and wishes! As a result, we rest in a terrible hotel, which we have never heard of, vouchers to this hotel cost $ 500 cheaper than we paid . →
