It is a pity that the company does not reveal all the delights of living in the hotels that it hires. There is always a lack of information and embellished. We are talking about the resort of Koblevo, economy hotel "Kuba" (Valeria). The bathroom is not cleaned, the sewer is constantly clogged, defecation of animals was seen on the floor! In a word, a little garlen! It is very bad that the administration of the agency does not want to realize its guilt in relation to vacationers! The customer is always right!. →

Not only was it the first company that ordered us to come to them in the morning under the central umbrella to calculate in the heat (before that, for 4 days we were taken from the "home" by the Karpaty-Travel company exactly as promised), they also made us wait for almost an hour near the umbrella in the heat, because they don’t recruit a group, somehow unexpectedly)) As a result, they didn’t take us anywhere and ruined our day. →
