rested in Koblevo. 3 minutes to the sea, a refrigerator in the room, a washbasin. There are 3 showers on the floor. Everything was as promised in "Krugozor". and then the water, like in a summer shower, and even dirty. In the room (we lived on the 1st floor), dirty water also flows from the washbasin. To brush our teeth and wash ourselves, we bought bottled water.

I really liked the tour itself, we bought a ticket to the Hungary-Austria bus tour (accord tour), at the stage of preparing the documents, the manager Valeria communicated pleasantly, but when we returned, she didn’t even bother to call to find out how we went and whether we returned at all, she just got lost and that’s it. .. apparently, she is not particularly interested in clients who purchase economy class tours (((But I think that we will still contact the Navigator agency, we consider this not a big incident.

In general, this office and tour company could hardly be called. They imposed a terrible hotel on us. Queen Elizabeth Elite Suite Hotel & Spa in Kemer. They did not even warn that he was on the third line. Even that wasn't the worst. The director of the tour company herself, so she imposed it on us, said that she herself was resting there. We were so inspired and trusted.

The price of the tour was already known and spelled out in the contract, but it was indicated that the payment was at the rate on the day of payment. (almost 790 euros) In fact, it turned out that the price was declared at the beginning of 19600 UAH the first payment was 5000 and at the moment the balance was paid, the exchange rate increased slightly and the second payment came out more than 15000 there was no time and desire to butt heads, because under the contract it’s even impossible to really refuse - they will still deduct their “expenses” from the money paid - the tour was actually taken from Join Up by the agency - our neighbors took the same tour in another agency and paid 100 euros less, think for yourself - on the spot we were assigned to Pilon (Pilon budva international, something like that), the person who supervised us turned out to be a drunk party girl Alina - all night at the disco, day - sleep off as long as you do not need to communicate with her, the smell of fumes does not bother you it was promised that the day before departure, details of the transfer would be posted on the local information board, in the evening at 8 there was no information yet, although Alina herself promised in 40 minutes and then left.

I chose a travel agency via the Internet, read reviews - I liked everything. Because I live in the Crimea, I asked my daughter, who lives in Kyiv, to buy us a tour in this travel agency. We flew to Budva for 12 days, the host met, had a conversation about the country, offered to purchase excursions, i.e. received all the necessary information on the spot.

1. In general, what can I say - we were very pleased with the rest. At first I was very worried, because with the children we had not yet flown so far. The main emphasis was on a good, high-quality and exotic vacation. We rested at the Tangerine Hotel, Kalutar (we went from the Passion Fruit travel agency). We were picked up by a very decent hotel, as a result, for three of us we spent 1110 expensive green foreign currency))).

My friend and I were going to go to Budapest, but I had no Schengen and no experience in this matter at all. I was looking for someone who could advise me and help me get everything right. I searched on Google, called a bunch of agencies, and accidentally got on this tour agency. They are located next to the Polytechnic metro station, I’m far away, but we talked on the phone and the girls were very pleasant.



MONTE TRAVEL I will never recommend this tour company to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!

Good day to all!!! I want to write the truth about the work of the company, namely Director Katerina, since it was with her that we had to cooperate. To begin with, we turned to this company on the advice of friends and hoped for a good vacation, as we had only heard about positive trips. But. . . . . . We chose a holiday in Egypt. The trip was with a small child and it was our first experience of a holiday abroad, of course we hoped for professionalism.

For the first time we used the services of Forte-V in 2014. I could not get enough of cooperation with them: visa processing, preparation for the trip, the trip itself - everything was fast, perfect. This year, everything seemed to be the same, we went to Bulgaria by minibus, paid 90 euros in two directions, but two days before departure, we receive an SMS that we will go back by a regular bus to Odessa, and then another minibus will pick us up there .
