We tried to buy a tour to Montenegro through them, but in the end we got only spent nerves. 4 hotels that we wanted could not be booked for us. And then they booked the one we didn't want and when we refused they started THREATING JUDGMENT for having a 100% cancellation fee you see. And when talking on the phone, they were also rude. In general, inadequate people, it is better not to get involved. →

I chose the company because there were no other offers for Scandinavia in the proposed price range. The tour was interesting, hotels for 4, but the bus ruined everything (it was not cleaned even once in 11 days, they didn’t turn on the air conditioner, there was nothing to breathe in the back, problems with pressure began). to the hotel 2 times it was after 2 am, on other days - 22-23 pm. →

Terrible company: on June 10 they ordered a vacation in Montenegro, Budva, on July 17. We made a 100% payment, received hotel confirmation from them, they said they would give the tickets a few days before departure. A week before departure (July 10), they called us and said that there were no rooms in our hotel (overbooking, resale ...) and they could offer us 2 villas. →

We went with our parents to Bulgaria from 1.07.15 to 10.07.15. Because we bought a ticket in another travel agency, we didn’t even know that we would end up dealing with TPG! On July 1, we left Kherson at 18.00 and drove to Nikolaev for 2 hours. In Odessa, we stood for 2 hours (an hour refueled, and then it’s still not clear why 1 hour). At 2 am we were in Tatarbunary and the drivers decided to have a hearty meal + 1 more hour. →
