I applied to Daria Tour with a new passport. They only take documents, there is no help in registration at all !!! In the queue you need to stand together with everyone and in the photo and to receive. They didn’t meet the deadlines, they promised on the same day (they didn’t even bother to call), as a result, the date was moved. Because of this spoiled mood, a plowed day off, and everything else is the most interesting: I urgently picked up a tour (in another agency), they made a reservation for me, but without a passport they cannot make a final reservation for a flight. →

In addition, the manager Yulia laughed into the phone and said that we could not place an order at all. there were no vouchers when we did it, and the manager who communicated with us simply did not have access to the database and was not at all competent in the matter of orders. →
