Terrible travel agency! I ordered an excursion to the Borzhava meadows, in front of me the seller called the dispatcher, specified the place on the bus, date, time, landing place, and also briefly told the route. No signs of trouble. BUT, firstly, they forgot to pick me up, it’s good that there was some number on the ticket, I called, a guy drove up and caught up with my bus. →

Great job tour operator. A very convenient tour to Prague for 3 days for those who need to spend a weekend to solve some of their questions, meet friends and just break away from our "everyday life" + with a sightseeing tour to expand their horizons. We met immediately at the airport at the exit (convenient, “visible” location of the meeting party) and promptly delivered to the hotel, told, showed. →

Has Feeria gone bad? I have used this company several times and have been very satisfied. I was especially pleased with the tour "Scandinavian Fairy Tale" d 2008. The organization was great. Good guide. In addition to city tours, there were picnics in beautiful places. The bus carried balls, rackets, fishing accessories, and at the expense of the company they prepared a barbecue from sausages. →

Join ap threw me a note under the number, putting me and my family (YOUNGER SON 3 YEARS OLD !!!) in front of the fact that we have to leave the room in two hours and leave for Hurghata airport. WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH REGISTRATION AND LANDING ON THE PLANE, SO WE DIDN'T HAVE TICKETS. It's just awful. I ADVISE ALL TO COURT AND COMPENSATE FOR MORAL DAMAGES AND THE COST OF UNEXPECTED SERVICES. →

I applied to Daria Tour with a new passport. They only take documents, there is no help in registration at all !!! In the queue you need to stand together with everyone and in the photo and to receive. They didn’t meet the deadlines, they promised on the same day (they didn’t even bother to call), as a result, the date was moved. Because of this spoiled mood, a plowed day off, and everything else is the most interesting: I urgently picked up a tour (in another agency), they made a reservation for me, but without a passport they cannot make a final reservation for a flight. →

We booked a ticket for a child. And when it came time to bring money the next day, it turned out that there were no more tickets to this camp. In addition, the manager Yulia laughed into the phone and said that we could not place an order at all. there were no vouchers when we did it, and the manager who communicated with us simply did not have access to the database and was not at all competent in the matter of orders. →
